By placing a deposit on any trip you are acknowledging and agreeing to all of the Independence Terms and Conditions.

Trip prices include all meals and accommodations in staterooms.
There will be (1) one representative additional on all sponsored trips.
Due to last minute cancellations we have the right to over book by (1) one.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Canned beverages, Tackle, Rental Equipment, and Gratuities are not included in the price.
The prices of permits and Visa's are adjusted every quarter by the Mexican Government. Therefore are not included in the price of the trip.
All reservations require a 50% deposit to hold a stateroom and tackle box spot. All reservations require at least a $500 deposit followed by a full 50% deposit within 30 days to confirm stateroom and tackle spot.
The full balance of the trip is due 45 days prior to departure, deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made 120 days prior to departure on trips of 5 days or less. On trips of 6 days or longer, cancellations must be made at least 180 days prior to departure, and all cancellations must be in writing and received by our office. Email and phone cancellations WILL NOT qualify for a refund. Cancellations within 90 days of the trip's departure will result in deposit forfeiture unless your vacant spot is booked and the trip runs full. Cancellations for any reason within 30 days will result in deposit forfeiture. We strongly recommend deposit insurance (www.travelguard.com – 619 460 5615). Cancellations that are resold within the cancellation period may receive credit on another trip and must be used within 365 days, or credits issued for any other reason, must be used by the end of the following year. After the lapse time the deposit/credit is forfeited. Cancellations that are resold within the cancellation period may receive credit on another trip at the discretion of the owners of Independence on a per case basis. All cancellations are subject to a $250 non-refundable or 10% cancellation fee, whichever is greater.
Prices listed are based on cash discount. A booking convenience fee will be charged as a separate transaction at 3%. Processing fees are non-refundable.
We do our best to make accommodations for our Minors and women Conducive for their SAFETY, comfort and enjoyment, which MEANS,sometimes may lead to changing staterooms.
There is also a three dollar ($3.00) per trip federal excise tax.
We request that you check in (2) two hours prior to departure time, in case of early departure.
A Fuel Surcharge may be added due to the high cost of fuel.

Trips are limited load, some are ultra limited load.
Limited Loaner gear is available upon request. Fishing destination subject to change due to Mexican Fishing Regulations, weather, or captain's decision.
